Technological developments have improved the conditions of human life through the use of mechanisms that need a high level of knowledge for its maintenance. OptimizeCARs wants to help the novice user, making the world of motor vehicles more accessible and easy to understand.
Therefore OptimizeCARs CARs application launches to assist in the maintenance of vehicles by owners and professionals, in order to get a longer life from them.
CARs:
We present an application for personal computers (PCs) for the control and monitoring of vehicle maintenance and can be used for any mechanism that requires.
Features, functions and tasks of the application:
- Maintenance management : general and per vehicle, providing:
- Overdue notices by: km, days, months and / or years.
- Current status information: intervals made and outstanding.
- Partial and overall costs.
- Maintenance performed Charts.
- Charts costs.
- Graphics printing.
- Disk storage graphic.
- Number of maintenance:
- 27 predefined standard maintenance and modifiable: as lubricants, belts, wheels, brakes, cooling, filters, ignition (spark / heaters), battery; compartmental as reviews, troubleshooting, upgrades, insurance (own and third party damage) taxes on vehicles, technical inspection.
- 129 extras maintenance user defined: where you can include any maintenance required.
- Fuel managing:
- Consumer liters, price and partial kilometers and hours of driving per tank.

- Version Basic: 1-10 of vehicles and equipment: version for small fleets that do not need the extra content 'Accessories', ideal for: households, companies with fixed vehicles; for those that once the life of the vehicle does not require the storage of maintenance. The backup is performed by the application at the beginning of each session.
- Version Optima: of 11-25 vehicles and equipment: version for small businesses that require a medium level of functional needs, available supplements 'Control 1 "and" Control 2', ideal for: taxi fleet of deliveries, small rents,... The backup is performed by the application at the beginning of each session.
- Version Full: unlimited vehicles and equipment, and with all its functions. Aimed at large companies with high input-output movements of vehicles: rent, workshops, dealers ... The backup is performed by the user.
- Complement Control 1: route management, storage and calendar.
- Complement Control 2: ganagement analysis, fines, reports and equipment.
- Complement Control 3: doubles the extra maintenance: maintenance 90 in 30 sections.
